City & State - Enter the City / State you reside in.
Country - This is the Country you reside in. If your country is not listed in the dropdown list, please send me an
email to correct this!
Phone - This entry is also optional.
Adsense ID - If you would like to participate in my profit sharing scheme (for Premium Content articles only) then enter your Adsense Publisher ID here.
A little about you - Nothing fancy - just a small blurb to let your readers get to know who you are. This will be shown on the
author detail page, and is seperate from your article's author resource box within your article submissions.
Web Site - Enter the plain text URL to your site, e.g. http://www.mysite.com
YouTube Embed Code - If you have a video on YouTube that you would like displayed on your author page (and randomly on the Home Page), then enter in the Embed code here (NOT the URL code). Anything else will be rejected.
Allow Reader Contact - Check this box if you want readers to be able to contact you directly.
Submission Rules - Very important that you read these, as doing so will save us both from a lot of frustration and possible article approval
delays.
