Considering Cancer

More and more people in more and more places are being diagnosed with various types of cancer. There are fund raisers, events to raise awareness. Print and digital media bombard us relentlessly with news flashes, advertisements and human interest stories of cancer treatments and statistics for survival rates.

There is purportedly a “war” on cancer. Can we agree the battle being waged is a losing one?

Andreas Moritz wrote a book about cancer: “Cancer is Not a Disease” is the title and in it Moritz declares that cancer is not so much a disease as it is a survival mechanism. He offers that cancer is the result of specific, identifiable causes.

He suggests that removing those specific and identifiable causes will set up a precondition for the body and mind-even the emotions-to heal themselves. This allows the ailing body to become whole and well once again.

I found the recurring theme of Moritz’ book fascinating and curious: “Cancer does not CAUSE a person to be sick; it is the SICKNESS of the person that causes the cancer.” What a different perspective from the “programming” that comes from other quarters!

Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson have also written about ‘the sickness’ of the person in creating illness and unhappiness in peoples’ lives. For instance, Dr. Loyd and Dr. Johnson speak of the heart as being the body’s “image maker” and they advise that we must heal our hearts in order to heal our bodies. The heart they refer to is the ‘I love you with all my heart’ heart and not the pump that pushes blood throughout our system.

William Shakespeare referred to the same thing when he gave us this line: “To thine own self be true.” Shakespeare, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Loyd and Andreas Moritz are all on the same wave length. If we are to be truly well in every sense of the word we will understand the importance of healing our hearts and learn about our sickness so we can truly be whole and happy.

How will this be accomplished? Must we employ the use of remedies that poison us, the way prescription drugs might? Do we offer our bodies up for sacrifice by burning-as in radiation therapies? What about surgical procedures; wouldn’t they permanently and finally remove offending agents?

Surely all these methodologies are options. Personally, I prefer to approach healing in a natural way. We need not invade, attack, or poison ourselves if we utilize the wonder of non-invasive Energy Medicine and all its unseen power.

I was made aware recently that in a hospital setting, if a prescription medication is spilled, a HazMat team must be called to manage the offending agent. Can anybody explain how a prescription “cure” is preferable to the safe, gentle, and effective protocols of Energy Medicine?

It seems more plausible to this author that truth and love are more powerful than even a drug that demands industrial strength clean-up! And when I consider the power of truth and love I am reminded of a certain Biblical character who admonished His followers to love one another. The power of love and truth really cannot be discounted!

Although cancer was never my issue, I have used Energy Medicine to enhance the quality of my own life, the lives of those I love most, and I have shared Energy Medicine with those who came into my circle.
