Article Summary There are foods that contribute toward youth and foods that move you closer to your death date. Make the right choices if you want to look and feel your best.
It's interesting how people age at different rates. You've got those that seem to look so much older than their age.

And, then there are those who manage to look young and fit no matter what age they are. Some of it could be a little bit of genetics, but the main contributor towards age or youth is diet.

Have you ever seen a reformed alcoholic, they usually look a lot older. It's the same with the smokers, smoking really does a number to the teeth, face. and voice.

So, what are the foods that help a person to look and feel younger? Think about it; the opposite of death is life.

There are foods and habits that will move you closer to death or life depending on which ones you choose for yourself. Considering the life factor, what do you think would be the best choice for life?

Well, if you chose sprouts, you are correct. Sprouts are the most alive foods there are, they are full of enzymes and super nutrition.

Eating more sprouts will do a lot for your energy level. They are also full of nutrition and will help you to be well and have a stronger immune system.

If your immune system is one of the keys to rebuilding and repairing you, then you definitely want to choose foods and drinks that boost your immune system. Conversely, you would want to avoid the foods that will drag you down and stress your immunities.

Dairy foods are the worst when it comes to immune-system enemies. They are full of pathogens, parasites, virus, and bacteria. If you don't believe this, then look at some under a microscope.

Stay away from the milk, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, and any other dairy products. Yogurt might have some goodness to it if is plain yogurt without sugar added.

However, the lactose in milk or cream gets changed to galactose in the fermentation process. You don't want to get too much of that galactose, since it has been linked to causing reproductive cancers in women.

Eating more fresh fruits and cooked or raw vegetables as well as some whole grains and beans will do a lot for giving your immune system a break from the foods that are high in pathogens. This will give it a much bigger fighting chance to keep you looking and feeling younger.

Stay away from the dead foods that really represent death such as the chicken, eggs, fish, and other animal products. They also have millions and billions of pathogens.

Normally, your body and immune system can handle small amounts just fine. But, if you eat a lot of animal products then don't ask yourself why you always get sick and why you don't look so great or have very much energy.

Make choices towards life if you want some age-defying power in your life. You will start to shock your friends and family when you start becoming your best self.
