Anger is a natural reaction to threat. The way we express it greatly differs. What good will it do to you if have uncontrolled and unpredictable outburst? Having a destructive attitude will definitely affect your quality of life. The most common problem that is likely to take place is; high blood pressure, hypertension, and stroke. It will also affect your personal relationship at home or in your place of work.

What can we get if we manage our anger efficiently?
1. Definitely, so many good things will occur. For one, it will improve your interpersonal relationship among co-workers or family members and friends. They are no longer cautious in dealing with you.

2. When a person is wrongly blamed for some things that he/she didn't do, the normal reaction is rage and anger. However, if your anger is well controlled and manage, your initial negative feeling will be channeled into something positive. This is when you want to move on to the next level, mainly to disprove their point. To constructively focus into something positive makes you already in -charge of your own emotions.

3. Anger management also allows you to be more pro-active and wise decision maker. Being on an unpredictable emotional state prohibits you to make sound judgment because when you are particularly angry, decisions are made too hastily without contemplating on the effect. With controlled anger definitely it will broaden your way of thinking.

4. When you have managed your anger effectively, you want to work harder to make up on unproductive experience you had. Being in control gives you a boost. Your self-esteem is high and you gain confidence in the process.

Yet, enjoying all the benefits to a well managed anger is not an overnight thing. It is not an instant success. Sadly, it will take awhile to benefit from it. Knowing your goal and your philosophy will lead you to a more prolific life you've ever wanted.
