You can decrease stress and anxiety simply by prioritising your tasks. Always try to do and finish one task at a time, starting with those tasks that are more significant. Never write down in excess of 5 items whenever making a things-to-do list. By doing things in this fashion, you will begin to feel that your are accompishing things that are worthy; even if and feel a good deal in control of your life. Furthermore, if you finish all the 5 things on your things-to-do list and you still have more time and energy, you can always make another list and execute it.
And of course, try not to be overly ambitious. Any goals and visions you identify for yourself do not have to be too great in view of the resources and abilities you have. Also, it is a course of wisdom to circumvent setting too many goals all at once. Spreading your effort and resources too broadly to cover several dreams all at once results in disappointment and subsequently augmented levels of anxiety.
