Are you in the "habit of searching for a cure"....or in the "habit of finding natural wellness"?
Do you search for a remedy for a symptom? If you are looking for a "cure" you are likely looking outside yourself for an answer to a problem. Doesn't that mean you have a problem that only an "outside fix" can cure?

If you think of a body dis-ease as a problem "attacking you" -- something you are fighting to eliminate -- you have inadvertently separated yourself from the only cure there is, and from the health you seek. Dis-ease is an upset in the body's balance and that needs an internal adjustment - it means reversing the cause of the imbalance.

You are the source of your own healing.
Health is not outside of you....something that others have and you don't. If you didn't have some "health," you wouldn't be here, would you?


HOW you are looking at the problem you have in your body -- IS THE PROBLEM.
An alternative choice is simple. See yourself as an organism in an environment that is experiencing discomfort and is responding - with an "alert" that something is creating conflict and stress.

That "alert" (you might call dis-ease) is your early warning system that something is "off balance" and needs fixing. That's all.


All dis-ease is stress related.
There are two possible sources of conflict. First is an event or person in your environment that is causing your stress and dis-comfort.

Second, is your own mind-set and habitual ways of thinking that are causing your body to malfunction.

The first, or external source of tension, is merely the result of the second (internal) source of your tension.

You are an organism that is in essence, a vibration. You are attracting your environment with your feelings (vibrations) and Attitude. Are you attracting health or stress?You see and bring out in others what you expect. Your attitude determines your experience. All of it. No exceptions.

Why accept this point of view?
Because it's a provable truth - and because it's a quick path to emotional freedom, stress free relationships and Healthy (and Wealthy) living. What's not to like? At least give it a try.

The only reason it is obscure to you is the common mind-blindness that affects most everyone. The idea of victims and aggressors is an old genetic habit. So is "illness" as bad luck or an evil force attacking the innocent. Take a look at your genetic history: 90% of your ancestors were slaves, wives, indentured servants, conscripted into the military, farm labor, factory or mine workers. Not a pretty picture for most.

Illness was also prevalent - plagues killed off 2/3 of the population several times, and most suffered from TB and related ailments. Genetic patterns form around repetitive habits. Habits. That's all it is.

All behavior is genetic.
Your fears, illness and resisting life and others are all a part of your genetic make-up and are resonating a vibration and attracting your environment.

Sound hopeless?
It's not. Genetic habits are only habits and can change relatively quickly. What took hundreds of years and many generations, can be resolved quickly. Remember Pavlov's experiments with ringing a bell and the dogs learning to salivate on cue? Well, it's almost that simple. It takes 21 days to change a habit.

Commit and take action.
It all begins with your commitment and that happens only when you find your own "......ah HA! moment." Look for the inner understanding that you can change your life easily and quickly. Experiment. Make this idea true for yourself.

      2. The only easy way to change your environment is to change your "feelings" about your environment. You are attracting what you fear and dislike and only you can change it. How? Change your mind. Reframe your experiences and change old habits. You can create stress-free relations and train your mind to enjoy life.

      3. Search to expand the health you have. If you want pain-free or vitality - then begin with seeing yourself as healthy and finding solutions to relieve stressful annoyances. Know that your body can heal itself once you have stopped fearing and resisting life. All conflicts dissolve when healthy attitudes dominate.


      4. A quick fix and suppressing symptoms is a band-aid approach. If you are hemorrhaging dis-ease -- you may need a band-aid for awhile. Don't be deluded by symptoms that subside. If you don't fix the source (mind resistance and mind-blindness) you can not find natural, lasting health, can you?

      5. Change your diet and change your life. If you want a quick cure, begin with diet. If you have a "family disease" you also have "family food habits." There are many foods that cause reactions of dis-ease for most. If you are stressed, in combination with little flexibility and a sedentary life-style - you can fix many of your problems easily. It seems tough because habits are tough to change without a commitment and a passionate desire for health. Well?




Experiment and find solutions to stress. Stop it cold. It can kill you, don't ignore it. Appreciate your bodies resilience and stamina.
